Paras, the English language requirement is from Immigration, not from the school. I was informed the same by few top UK schools. One friendly school bothered to explain the reason too.
Generally CAS is applied 3 months prior to your class start. It takes some time to get the app...

To clear the air on the English proficiency test - If your undergrad transcript clearly states that the medium of instruction was ONLY english then there is no need for language test, else.......Also, for Ox-bridge the minimum cut off for TOEFL is 110 (approx. 91 %tile), don't have idea abt. the...

@frenzyster no TOEFEL/IELTS required as long as you can get a letter from your college saying that the medium of teaching in your undergraduate was English.
