@ISB86 No worries ... and thanks for the pointers. I haven't had my interviews yet but hopefully will be able to finish them soon. One of my interviewers said he'd get back to me by tomorrow... and another has mentioned a date but not confirmed it or mentioned a timing.. I have written back to them and will call them up.... hah. To think I wanted to get it all done and dusted with as soon as possible...looks like its going to take a while longer... I have kept my adm coordinator informed though.

Application process is fairly straightforward.
The application form is very comprehensive and provides a detailed account of your career achievements and aspirations.
I had 2 separate interviews with INSEAD Alums in my city itself - each interview was more like a conversation, or rather an opportunity to get to know each other. The Alums made me feel very comfortable and the experience was definitely an enjoyable one. The questions were open-ended, and mainly centered around my career aspirations and work experiences. From my personal experience, I found that it is more important to engage the interviewer in interesting conversation, whatever the topic be. Remember, you have to convince them that you are worthy of being an Alum of INSEAD and make them want to have you as a fellow-Alum.

hey...i just got dinged for interview for R3... any tips for interview process?

I have applied in the 3rd round for the January '13 intake. Has anybody received interview decision/call yet? My adm co-ordinator is Stefanie Hanny and since the deadline is sep 14th, I am getting really nervous.... Normally i've heard some people say they get interview calls 4-5 days before the deadline....is this the case for anyone of you?

I have a basic question about the time I should plan for application process. I need to write Essays and Job description. For that first I need to think about myself all over and search for main points to highlight. I need to start writing the drafts and get them reviewed again and again. I will have to discuss my application with people who will recommend me.

I know that this is specific to an individual. Guys, can you please guide me with your experience, how much time you have invested in each activity?

One year courses and particularly from top B-schools are well suited for functional changes and for the people hvin work ex of more thn 10 years. But still INSEAD is equally desirable by people having 3-7 years of work ex..

@[470902:joinashish] Hi..INSEAD puts a great deal of importance on international exposure, and it is unsaid but kind of mandatory. Try to cover up this weakness anyhow with proper validations. I'm not a consultant, but it's just a advice from a helper. Your profile is decent, just work hard on your apps. ATB

@[555235:sanjayiiit] It's not compulsory to have a 700+ GMAT score to apply for INSEAD, even 680 above score can do the trick but only if managed with good apps. Definitely score of 700+ will improve your chances of getting into INSEAD, but with your score you can give it a shot, if it works thn good, otherwise re-appearing is always an option. As a helper i feel you have a good profile, try to capitalize on it and manage your app well
