just musing that the person/group who named this forum PG must have had one hell of a sense of humor. We've so appropriately piled so much on this decision opp cost, actual cost, family, dreams, right, wrong....... the following scenarios flash.
1. The greek tragedy scenario - The course is a sham. We enter and we find out we've been duped and god does play dice. Education with no hope of a job justifying the investment. maybe no job offer and current employer also says sorry boss ure seat is filled. You become a NINJA - No Income and No Job and Assets (bank would take it all). People keep you in rooms without sharp objects, ceiling fans and balconies. PG access will still be there though :P
2. The karmic balance scenario - The course is good but its gonna take a whole lot of effort, teamwork and smart work to get to a better place, though you wont find the big dreams you had. You fight it out alongside your batch. Some make it to GREAT jobs, some don't. Things are very bad for a few but collectively the batch has won is ensuring opportunity and merit are matched.
3. Chak de scenario - The course is amazing in content. You meet some amazing people. The team succeeds unanimously. Most of the folks do much better than what they were doing before and in a direction they are happy with. People get what they dreamt of. Money is not even a problem.
What is to be and what not, that is the question. I go with 2.
