Guys!!! I m in........680/7.5/M/ OPS/proj mumbai....OOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhh!!!feels great after the ISB (waitlist ) debacle

got a big shock of life. Like others i was also not able to work in office and was full time on IIMB site and gmail. FInally in evening when results came out I checked it and it showed sorry you are kicked out. Now after reaching home i again checked it and now it is showing "Congratulations! You are offered admission to the EPGP 2011 batch. Offer letter is being despatched" The reason for this was that earlier I tried with application number 0223 and now with only 223. Now I really learned the importance of ZERO :)
My profile: B.Tech (Mech IIT Bombay 2001), GMAT 740, AWA 4(ONLY), work ex: 4 years in GE, 5 years in Infosys, approx 4 year international work ex, average EC

For those who have not been selected .....Let me tell you I had been on the other side for 2 years although for different colleges.
But I did not stop my efforts. There were disappointments, but the end result is good.

So ATB for future.... and do not stop applying. MBA is an attitude therefore never give up.

I am not able to find the group in Google Groups... Can you please tell me the description of the group so that I can search for it?

Can selected candidates kindly post their brief profiles (GMAT/Sector/exp) so that we can have some idea of the profiles and can try to improve next time (in case I can regain my sanity :()?

btw.. I am out, I am very dissapointed and sad, I had a lot of hope, specially the panels really appreciated my EC and I thought other aspects of the interview were also fine.

Hot off the press... the technical team is having some difficulties and hence the delay... the guy mentioned half an hour at the start of the call and then changed to check by 7:00 PM IST... so another 20 minutes.

Reminds me of my BE days - "breaking news, the practical exams have been postponed due to a flash strike by teachers!!!" Any one here graduated from MAHE? I did in 02.
