Hey Rev,
The admission process for each b-school changes every year to get more fitting and better candidates. But your acads are good enough to get you through. GLIM considers a holistic approach, where all components are given due weight. Few points worth considering.
1- Practice hard & Give your best to any of GMAT, XAT or CAT. Securing great percentile will get you through first stage.
2- Get your writing skills by reading a lot and start getting statement of purpose (SOP) ready.
3- Be aware of happening around the world (8-12 months). Any topic ranging from Business to Politics to Socio-Cultural topics. Helps in interview and group discussion.
4- Understand your domain of work to explain how you are contributing to your organization. Understand the function of your current capacity.
5- If you have a hobby, be prepared to give a comprehensive answer to any question related to that. If you don't have a hobby, quickly develop one & start research.
6- There are two cycles of Admission, chose the one where you can give your best shot. Most probably the second cycle will help you, considering you have much time you can use from your work schedule.
Now, Go Ahead and Nail it dude(tte)! Best of luck.
Respectfully Yours -
