Can anybody help us in understanding more about these financial docuements requirement....
I have submitted my application and right now working on getting financial support doc ready ..here is what you can do
(there are four forms in the application, form1 asks if you need financial assistance , form3 asks "If you are not given financial assistance how much amount you have to support yourself over a period of two years, you need to specify two amounts for two years".
You need to show finanical support douments if
1) You have left unchecked the "need for financial assistance" option in form1 and specified the amounts in form 3.
2) You have checked the "need for financial assistance option" in form1 and have specified amounts in form3 which are greater than 0.
You dont need to show finanical support douments if
1)You have checked the "need for financial assistance option" in form1 and have specified amounts in form3 which are 0 for both the years.
When providing the doc for financial support , if you show that you will be able to support yourself for at least one year it should be fine.
or simply follow these steps , to avoid sending a financial support document
1) Check the option that says "need financical support " in form 1.
2)Specify 0 in "amount you can support yourself with" section in form 3 for both first year and second year.
Sending the financial support doucments if you dont have all the money
1) Check the option that says "need financical support " in form 1.
2) Show some amount say ( 5000 $s ) for first year in form 3 and send its proof. You only need to send proof of what you have specified in form 3.
