Professional Qual : Six Sigma Black belt, PGCPM (Project Management), PGDMM (Marketing Management)

Achievements : Best paper from IIM-K and presented couple of papers in international conf.

Could you also please let me know is the entrance test mandatory to apply?

Hi Sandeep. The entrance test is not mandatory, as long as you have a valid GMAT or CAT score. Considering your details that you have entered in the portal, can you tell which course this was that you applied to?

Hi! You would get the final list once the admissions open for jan 2014 intake but for now it should be - Investment Banking and wealth management, Contemporary Marketing Management ,Information Technology Management and Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management

@abhus_atal Hi I have got an admit for September-Intake of GMBA program on 6th of June.But while reading through the offer letter I found that specialization mentioned in there is as Marketing. However I had applied for ITM only (2nd Preference was GLSCM).

My whole evaluation process is conducted in Singapore since I am based out of here presently.I had already dropped an email to all concerned people.But need a fast response on that so I can arrange for my deposit money and other documents ASAP.

Hi! Based on the details given above, we would recommend you to apply for Sept 2013 intake but your eligibilty will only be known once the admissions committee has screened your application. Your CAT score is fine so long as it is not more than 2 years old.

Is it necessary to take TOEFL/IELTS for applicants even if they have English as the medium in Graduation?

Yes, this is a mandatory requirement for processing an Australian Visa. Hence it will be necessary.

sir/mam i received an offer letter for the september intake of MGB course. With the initial fee of 2500 us$, is the background verification form(with attached documents) and the acceptance letter the only two things to be sent ? coz the other visa formalities cant be completed before the stipulated time of paying the first installment. The telephone number given in d email dsnt work ! please help

Hi! You need to send the acceptance, background verification form and student advisory note at the time of sending the intital deposit. The visa documents can be sent a little later.

tell if outstation candidates appearing for the test are given any place to store their bags/laptops and other valuables since these are not allowed inside the test hall?

Hii! You can take your bags inside the hall but you can;t keep it with you. You will be asked to keep your bags aside at a common place inside the hall itself.

I think you got me wrong. I wasn't talking about the location where the interview would be conducted, I was talking about the job location i.e from where I will work after I get a job. Isn't it a common trend that students who finish their course in Singapore get job location as Singapore ? I am only asking for the general trend, of course exceptions can be there.

Hi! When we start the interview process, students are asked for their choice of location, though we donot guarantee but we do try our best to see if we can match the candidates expectations. If you are based at SIngapore during the last sem. and if the recruiting company is located in UAE, then the company will arrange to come down to Singapore for the Interview or we arrange a video conference. So basically what we are trying to say is that your location during the last semester is not a hinderance. Companies have the batch schedule so they know where you are located during the last semester, so interviews are arranged accordingly.

The recruiters are informed well in advance of the batch schedule, so those targetting the IT batch will know where the students are to be interviewed. They either come down to the campus or we arrange a video conference.

Hi saket10, Please find below your answers: 1. 3 years of minimum work experience is required but if a candidate have 2 years of work experience can also apply. 2. About 100 participants in each campus 3. S P Jain requires aptitude test scores, usually the school require GMAT or CAT. If candidate have not taken either and are not planning to, they must take an aptitude test conducted by S P Jain (SPJAT). Even if the candidate has taken the GMAT or CAT exam, they may also take the SPJAT. S P Jain accepts the best score. Though school consider the overall profile of the candidate, it is rare for them to admit participants with a GMAT of less than 650 or CAT / SPJAT of less than 80 percentile. Thanks Shweta but pls note for GMBA, a minimum of 3 years work experience is mandatory. for candidates with lesser work exp. we recommend the MGB program.

hi! Yes, we would recommend you to apply for the MGB program. You will need to take the GMAt or SPJain aptitude test , this can even be taken once you have submitted your application form. Application needs to submitted online.
