I have opted for Bangalore too and have scheduled it for the 10th of may. Haven't got a confirmation e-mail from them though. However, I am not from Bangalore and will be traveling there for the interview.

hey Nitin, why do you want to take it in multiple sessions? Exam is no big deal and you can complete it in less than an hour. It is better to complete it at the earliest. You will get the results/analysis in the mail. I am sure the exam counts in a way or the other but not sure how it fits in to the bigger picture.

@nitinkh86. i dont think u can complete it in multiple sessions. its nt a complicated test. Go ahead n finish it off. one less thing to worry abt. And as @mailappu said, none of us know hw the test score matters during the selection

Answers to your questions:-
1.Yes, you would get a GD/PI call essays,profile will be counted for final selection only.
2. You will have your EQ sections percentile report soon after the online test but regarding its weightage/use I dont think any of the applicants are sure of- one advice be patient at the time of EQ and thats it.
May be seniors can brief in some details

@GautamVuppuluri congrats for clearing the AIMAT

Sometime later, they wud send an email stating the GD/PI dates at diff cities. U wud b reqd to give ur conf for ur preferred city.

Before the dates of ur GD/PI, u wud also be reqd to give a 'Asian Institute of Management Emotional Intelligence Measure' which scores ur EQ.

Finally the actual GD/PI :)

Hope i hv not skipped any steps.

Any idea by when the second list will be out...or at least when they start calling candidates in the second list for interviews and the subsequent results...

as far as adjective is concerned- dis days I am using it a bit more than usual..after effects of writing essays for b schools..but for that matter any skol is prestigious and where AIM does not offer too many its dammmm prestigious!...:):):)
