well my favourite was Arabian nights ( had a crush on jasmine)

miss those good old days of chandrakanta,alif-laila,akbar the great ,chutti-chutti, vikraam aur betaal , with no cable TV then and no tension in life Doordarshan was fun to watch in those days.

also the Doordarshan music still rings in my ear before programs used to start...thoda nostalgic ho gya..good old days...with no Sony,Zee TV,Star One and no complexity in life.

really it's sad to see what our younger generations are watching while growing up,totally agree with Rahicecream and red _bull

those were the best days of life..the television programs were a treat to watch..unlike todays Dadagiri or Roadies ...boring programs with no meaning and repeating the same thing again and again.these shows are meant to showase the slang prowess that people possess .

i have actually downloaded shows like ducktales, rescue rangers, tintin, batman the animated series, aladdin... for my little niece and nephews.. sadly they are growing up on all sorts of worthless 'BREAKING NEWS', splitsvilla, jonas, hannah montana etc.. though i cudn't find hindi links.. can't let them miss all this amazing stuff.. when animation and cartoons were made with so much creativity & purity :)
