English football is on a decline. La Liga and Bundesliga have more technically sound players than EPL. Man U have a non existing midfield and it is their strikers and wingers that wins games for them.Arsenal is no where close to what it was years ago. Both Arsenal and Man U have shaky defense. Chelsea have got all the ingredients but instability at the top is their achilees heel. Man City-- Well they are not a team,they are just a platform for mercineries. Tottenham has got exciting players but then no squad depth.

In comparison, look at Barca,RM,Munich,Dortmund and Juventus.All of them have a very good balance in their teams. All five of them have got great defenders and exciting midfielders. Yes,in terms of strike force one could argue that some of these teams are not very blessed but still all of them are a notch above EPL teams.
