I am a PGDM 2010-12 student, in my 2nd sem. I have been following this thread for some time now & I think u guys need to know the real picture.

Firstly, NDIM is not the best college you can get into, but it's one of the best MAT college in India.
Faculty: Marketing faculty is Good.
Finance is Average.
HR is Below Average.
IT Poor.

Infrastructure: Good, nothing Special.

Placement: Most of the students have of 2009-11 batch have been placed with 10 -12 students left.

Marketing Avg Salary: 2.4L + Incentives
Finance Avg Salary: 3.6L,
HR Avg Salary: May be 2.4L(Not Sure)

College can provide you with a decent placement for most(generally all), rest is according to your capability. (Companies like Bajaj Allianz offered 4.8L but no one got selected.)

Now it's your call.

Hey Faithful... R u really faithful to what you've said? R u really a student of NDIM? U say u r a student there and warning us not to join NDIM but didn't u make a proper decision when u joined NDIM? If u r very much worried abt placements and the course fees, then y did u join NDIM and y havent u taken a proper decision before joining???? Now see u cripple a lot abt NDIM..

If in case they had better placements when u joined, it s t case with every college i guess. Placement records do depend on students ability n might vary every year. It s not that every top company visit the same college every year and recruit X number of students every year. It varies.

I m not supporting NDIM n i too agree that t course fees is on t higher side but in general I hope NDIM is not too good n not too bad which s t case with most MAT colleges.

I m not trying to blame u but if u wanna prove something abt a college, prove us wid facts from some more genuine students of NDIM. Talk to ur friends and find time and let a few present students of NDIM reply in this thread so that future aspirants can be aware of t real happenings of college.

I dont understand why so many ppl r satisfied wid a college and a few r against it. I know u ppl devote a lot of time to various activities but pls ask some present students of NDIM to share their views as well. If u guys are really faithful and if u really wanna tell the future aspirants the real facts abt ur college, ask some more of genuine NDIM students to post their views here.

I m jus asking this so that ppl dont get confused regarding taking admission into NDIM. It is better if the second year students n t alumni of NDIM reply than those who just gave their GDPI.

Time to bust some more myths about NDIM ::drinking:
I met some of NDIM students when i was on campus to give my GD/PI a month back...They told me that faculty is really good but placements for this season is the concern..highest offer they got so far was ONLY 4.2 L-4.5 L p.a. though they placed 60-70% students till that time.

Now some of you are here saying 4L p.a is the average...its NOT average its the highest If you dont trust me then go and meet students..you'll better know.

well i agree that they extend ur last date of submission of fee but all the colleges do so beacuse they dont want to lose their best students. ive talked to 3 or 4 seniors and they told that its a nice college even one of them told me that avg placement this ear is 3.5l p.a. but faithfull u r also from ndim now ab aap bol rahe ho ki 20k hi de rahe hain placement k naam pe jo ki 3 lak b nahi pahochtaa avg. i cant understand who is right

without any late fee charges and hesitation they will nod their head........try this and u will know what college is about..............

even for ur summers ......companies come which dnt have even their websites......so that u will never come to know what kind of company is it..........n if u r selected in dat company then college will not allow u to sit in another company......

Is anyone yet to receive the admission letter ? I know 50k is the first installment. When is the deadline to pay the balance amount? Can anyone share the contents of the letter which they sent to u ppl?

They usually take the entire first year fees of Rs 330,000 at the start...maybe in special cases they take 50,000 or 100,000 initially and balance within a few weeks thereafter. Letters just confirms the selection and mentions the amount to deposited by a deadline.

I dont think refund should be a problem, since refund has to be as per AICTE guidelines. It will have to be refunded with Rs 1,000 deduction, provided you apply before classes start. I think for MAT, NDIM is the best, better colleges in delhi include IMI, Fore, but they are CAT related

i m a T.I.M.E. Student n i have seen each n every chat transcripts where time faclties are sugesting ndim as the decent one.
Even they dont prefer jims iilm niilm etc over ndim because they not only take placements as their criteria balki har aspect ko dekh rahe hain n then they are sugesting ndim
n faithful is saying that ndim is worthless.

earlier also it was 240 only ( including PGDM marketing).
it will be most probably be 420(including PGDM marketing and PGDM finance) although they had increased seats last year only in june, but dey did not fill all the seats. dey filled only 40-50 extra seats only(as dey did not get suitable candidates),batch of 2010 has around 290-300 students.

P.S- one of d NDIM guyz told me..

after paying the fees u will get the receipt after 20 to 25 days via courier,so after getting it u have to send it back to the institute with a letter stating u want a refund with a reason and they will send the cheque after receiving the receipt back from you within 8 to 10 days..........this was my case.
