Leave shudnt be a problem,notice period mite be but thats too much in the future.if u really are intrested then make the trip.u wont regret later then.

Ok i had a word with them,i told them i hav a few friends who are outside mumbai and are waiting for the list to come out so they can make their bookings..so this is the answer i have got-list is gonna come out today or tom!!intvws for fs will be held only on 28th and she did not give away any other details.there will be shortlisting so not evry1s gonna get a call.its gonna be diffcult fr all u guys outside bt ull have to spend on a flight i guess.

Agree with you...apart from this issue for the working professionals it will be very difficult as they also need to apply for a leave..

yes true!! the irony is that simsr is am management institute! it should therefore manage things well...keeping all pros and cons in mind! and i feel that if they continue wit this plan, then some of them might just not turn up for the pi/wct..apart from ppl living in mumbai or nearby areas like pune..

see the trains can't be booked now..all of them have waiting which wont be cleared..also tatkal has to be b done two days prior..so see for 27th july we have to leave on 25th so that we reach by 26th i.e. one day before atleast..and to book for 25th the tatkal window was open on 23rd!! also today is 25th okay, and now flights are no less than 4000/ one way and that too non refundable! so unless we know that oue name is in the list for sure how can we book the tickets...i seriously feel that the management must understand this. the last date was 22nd for application..cant the quicken the process??? 23rd 24th thy had two full days!! dude i knw 24th was a sunday but they should have thought of all this before....

I said it earlier that its a guess.....in to bracket... and somebody said earlier that ratio for PGDM was 1:10 so accordingly i did ma calculations..... Again guys its a guess .... nothing is concrete.....

i had gone to SIMSR yesterday they tentively nxt weak there will pi . So be prepared and also frd plz tell us knw what should we expect in written test will it cat related or finance related

hey friends i would like to register for the programme i had filled the online form but during the fee payment steps there were 3 option one of them was through IMS branch. i clicked that but it didnt got register. should should i do .. do i first need to pay the registration fees 1550 to IMS and then register online form and also is there any physical form aviable in the college if i directly go the B-school,
kindly let me know the procedure

No physical form is available you need to fill it online only,and ya you need to pay at the ims centre first.

UPDATE:
The interviews would be held in Mumbai only for PGDM FS..
there would be 2 rounds 1.Written communication and 2.Interview.
The course commences from Aug 8.

The Executive program starts from Sep 12th.

the whole PG Fin batch got placed on day Zero..the placements were gud..
