I got a confirmation of the payment. Not about the document. However I tracked my courier shipment. It says that the document has been delivered to Manipal. So I guess they got it.

To get a confirmation of payment, you need to send a mail selection@tapmi.edu.in
They wont acknowledge the payment unless you ask them

So, any expert keeping a hawk eye on this thread knows how many have already sent the 3L payment and confirmed their seats for 2012-14.

I am going to send the final confirmation payment on 3rd april. I will send the scanned copy of the confirmation page via email on 3rd April. The hard copy will only reach on 7th April. My last date is 5th April. Will that be a problem?

I dont think it will be a problem, when I was making the initial payment I had a similar scenario, so i had called them up and told them that payment would be done before the last date but the hard copy would reach them later. They had said its not a problem.

If you call them, please let me know what they say as my last day on payment is coming up.

As I am the thread starter, would request you to PM me whenever you want a poll to be put up. I guess the poll should be up only after all the 'exceptional lists' have been declared. Moreover, we will see major movements after April 3rd week, when most IIMs and other higher ranked colleges declare their results.

As far as PG rankings are concerned, I feel TAPMI really deserved to be in top 25, but its all perception based, so we can't help much. I know its an amazing school with one of the best infra & faculty. I left IMT-G (FT) & SIBM-B against TAPMI which are ranked higher in PG rankings.

Same is my case..Only difference is I got PGDM finance in IMT-G (This is the preference I gave, I gave first preference as Finance). Though it's clear that IMT > Tapmi, there are some people who suggested me to go for TAPMI.....especially if it is for finance because IMT G is famous for marketing and other reason being high batch intake for IMT..What do you suggest? I have right now paid initial 50 K for IMT and almost ignored the 'exceptional category' email from TAPMI..the deadline to pay 25 k has already passed..

Suggestions plz...for finance...TAPMI or IMT-G ?

As already clarified, send a mail to them confirming your appearance and reach the interview location a couple of hours early. Talk with the TAPMI folks there and I am sure they would be more than willing to accomodate you!! ATB for your GD PI...

AFAIK, only the Final Confirmation Letter has to be sent.

I hadn't sent the ID Card details in the Initial Mail. So I sent that with my Final Confirmation letter.

Apart from that, I don't think there is anything else to mail.

As for the remaining annexures, I guess they have to be sent later, before the course commences.

Sorry if this question has been asked already, when will be the final list out? I saw somewhere its after April 15 . S that date confirmed? I have to withdraw my IMT-G (IT) seat by 20 th April if i convert TAPMI, so it will be clear if the results come and a wait list number is given

And you will get the refund of 15k, which is against the AICTE rule stating only 1K to be deducted.

I think the date is not important. If they don't receive your 3lac by April 5 (I guess that's ur date), they will get the message. You have to send a hard copy letter stating that you are joining elsewhere, and need the refund.

seniors we know that TAPMI is a very good college...But why there is no reply from seniors on the current placement scenario???????Please guyz help us out....Not replying to the queries creates serious doubts among the people on PG about the placement...
