i guess this news should come as a huge relief for MU students...as most of our aggregate in engg is damm bad..we only concentrate on the final year..nd if i wud hv entered 56% in the cat form then it wud have meant 1 mark less..in the cat criteria..nd in some colleges the basic cut off for admission is 60%..so my aggregate of 56% does not even make me eligible to so many colleges with 60% cut off...i am glad tht with this rule now i can apply to all colleges which has 60% cut off for mba admission as my final year aggregate is 62%

hello bro..cbd belapur is like my second home..did my engg from scoe kharghar..i stay at sakinaka bro..i just spoke to a faculty from TIME regarding this..Sir told me that since Mumbai University considers only final Year percentage and your degree has the final year CLASS in it..u can write the final year ie sem 7 and 8 aggregate marks..but the prob in my case is i had kt in final year so my CLASS is PASS CLASS..but still i wud write the aggregate ie 62%...i felt so relieved after speaking to SATYA Sir yesterday..i told him about the IIMA admission guidelines but he told me tht since MU considers final year..u can write that....62% kahan and 56% kahan..if u get ne info thn plz let me know..

i had 62 % in the final year..now will have to enter 56..
i doubt whtehr i wud get a call if i enter 56..shall i take a risk nd enter 62..i mean later on i cn xplain thm abt mumbai university..
and apart from cat wht abt while filling other forms like xat etc..thr also shud i be entering aggregate percentage??

it simply means dat u hv to enter aggr of all years (or semesters-as few say)
d reason behind dis still remains a big mystery wid ref to MU n mny other universities which just consider d aggr of final yr, bt as d BIG DADDY demands, so one has to obey

in the admission criteria of IIMA they have mentioned to enter aggregate of all semesters..but Mumbai University i think considers only 4th year,,,and i dont want to lose out on the prospect of writing 62%...so plzzz puyss...help me...this is my first thread in pagal guy...dissapointed with the fact tht no replies yet..
