Well it seems the window for admissions have closed for all the 3 programs on offer. This marks the fulfillment of this thread and thus i would request the moderators to close it. If there is any further movement PM any of the mods and this thread will be reopened. Till then it is of no use to spam here. Well MDI admissions are closed at 1182 with last 2 seats being filled in IM
HR got filled at 1175
When inquired the concerned person informed that they will leave the seats vacant this time in case of further withdrawls for they are already 2 weeks into the session closing door on my hopes to be a mandevian.Guess I was the first or second person waiting in line at 1198.Kinda heartbreak but then life has to move on.

even i converted hr...was nt there in person...one of my frnd had gne there on my behalf.......have to arrange for 175k now...really soon....

it was a real heart break today. Went for HR, seats were empty but IM was the second preference in the form i had filled. Since i had done no research on IM and i was uncertain about the cost involved with IM, i decided to come back empty handed.

IM was still empty at arnd 1070. I went there for HR but since IM was second in the form i filled i didnt get HR, although few seats in HR were still left too

I havent been able 2 prepare the draft bcoz of my collge timings and all....can still attnd the counselling??? Will dey be gracious enuf 2 allow me??

The counselling is at 4pm tomorrow so you can still get the draft made tomorrow. Since MDI will be finalizing the entire batch tomorrow therefore I personally feel that they might not accept admn w/o draft. This is my opinion you can confirm the same from admn ofc.

Though I am not your senior, I would advise you to attend counseling as there are some chances and nobody can predict what will happen.

you can take a loan from your hometown ,but it is usually easier to get a loan sanctioned from a branch nearby to the college..

Please check the post by Anurag Chopra.He has inquired about loan from UBI.

Though I am not your senior but will still reply.You can check with MDI authorities about the possibility of giving authorization letter to someone to represent you.You can confirm it by calling MDI.Numbers are there on website.

you can take a loan from your hometown ,but it is usually easier to get a loan sanctioned from a branch nearby to the college..

It is easier if you take the loan from UBI bank's branch near your hometown.some of our friends have enquired.

this is written on UBI's website "The Loan Accounts of students applying through college/institutions will be sanctioned/disbursed at the branch nearest to permanent residence/place of domicile of the borrower student."
