I called up the ofc..they said to send an email to cao@lbsim.ac.in mentioning all the details like ur name, roll no., fee receipt number, dd number(not necessary though it might be mentioned in the original fee receipt). Also u need to mention the name in favor of which u need the cheque and the address to which it might be posted. u can also collect the cheque in person or send any authorised person to collect it from the ofc. Please note that u need to attach a scanned copy of the fee receipt with the email. Hope this helps. bhai same thing.. i emailed Rajan Sir but i didnt send the scanned copy of the fee receipt.. i just send them my roll no and date of fee submission.. will call him again on monday..

2. If it is true then I think last year w/l moved till 150 (and in 2010 - 140), so this year with 60 more seats and new colleges under CAT, Should I leave hope at 181 as the college officials have denied any further movement, more importantly in the month of may?

1. Yes , Number of Seats Have Been Increased to 240
2. Everything at this Time Can Only b expected , n cannot B said Officially. The way u look at it is Right But Plz also focus on the Huge Number of buffer Calls Given in the first List itself. Right Now there are Over-Admissions , If the people Withdraw , and it comes below the 240 ; Movement will b for Sure.

I would Advise u to Closely Track the Movements (Visit campus If required) , N B prepared for a Long Wait.

Spoke to mathew sir. and he said there will not be any further movement as there are already excess admission. He told last waitlist who got through is 160. My waitlist is 181 and he rejects any chances of converting it.

The thing is 6 people here on this thread and 7 of others whom I know have applied for refund. And I think after 1st waitlist excess of 27-30 was there. And the waitlisting movement of other colleges will also make its impact.

So from my calculation 181 should be cleared. But college officials are rejecting.

I will be thankful to seniors if you can put your words here. Request to avoid diplomacy.

LBS gave a buffer calls when the waitlist moved by 160 there were only 10-15 seats were empty. so even if 20-30 people withdraw still there would be lot many people than vacant seats. and next waitlist would happen only when people leave there confirmed seats.

Should I be expecting an email or a confirmation letter from LBSIM regarding my admission? I had qualified on the main list for PGDM ..just asking..:)

I will be applying for refund on 26 or 28th of may as waiting for other result to convert, will there be any problem as the last day to apply for refund is 13th june and i will be applying for the refund so close to the last day...
Please clear my doubts will they create any issue in my refund.....

We Seniors are on our Summer Internships, so it wont be possible for us to stay updated on the admission status.. so please call the amdin to get the information.

They have called you after waitlist means, they have selected you. Let the waitlist number be high, but u wil get ur seat

no more movements.. already the roll nos are more than the limit.. so dont expect anything and that too above 200 is a very bleak chance.. please try other options..

PS: i m just a speculator, a candidate, and just an aspirant but my predictions are pretty much alright.. all the best..

My refund is under process.
U need to send a hard copy application to the Admission coordinator.
and do mention ur roll number in that application, and also get in touch with Mr. Rajan mathew

Send an application for cancellation of admission by post. When it reaches there try contacting the Admissions Department regarding the same. It's not required to go there.

what is the median salary this year for freshers and experienced peoples if anyone knows please reply........

The Overall Median salary is around 7.5-7.8 lpa... There isnt any breakup for freshers and experienced.. but the median salary for freshers would be around 7 lpa ( just a rough idea )
