is there a separate result list going to be displayed for 1 year exec mba ?

I had given the wct and PI for 1 yr exec for ghz camppus as first preference on the basis of cat percentage (95.6) and its showing results awaited , not clear on this .........

Sir, my result is still awaited. i had an excellent PI. my interviewers told me so.they asked me zillions of questions about the world affairs. they even said that "it was a really nice interview" "they got to learn a lot from me". "it was a pleasure taking my interview" they said some really nice things about me.. and trust me i might not be the smartest person on earth but i can make out when someone is making sarcastic comments at me. and they definitely weren't. however i do have a problem while writing, i have a condition known as writers cramp. so whatever i wrote i don't think anyone could have read it. but my interviewers specifically asked me about that as one of them was in the writing hall and saw me struggling with the pen. they assured me that wont be a problem.. i have never overestimated any of my interview performances and have never flunked in any of them. and this was probably was the best interview i have had till date.
i can't understand what went wrong. my cat %ile was 93.79...was that the problem. then they shouldn't have had a common wct/pi for the lower %ile getters. why put up a show like that????....
i wasn't planning on joining IMT-G but after reading that statement i am feeling 10 times more stupid and delusional than usual...

same is the case with me....had a brilliant interview at XLRI-- not even waitlisted...:(.
had a great one at nmims...a briliiant GD+ an interview which i thought was fantastic-- they threw me in to 4 figure rank category...:(

Ya we know this. The 120 additional seats are for the Dual Country Programme, about which you already know. Essentially, there are only 420 seats for IMT-G's flagship programme.

Last year we had something similar to the WCT. It was called Situational Analysis. It had no weightage, only a basic cutoff score was needed to be obtained for your PI to be analysed for selection. So this might have been the case this year as well.

Forget IMT N then. Go for GIM or BIMTECH. Both are better than IMT N.

Since I have been selected for IMT Nagpur at 94 %, does that mean that I am out of contention for IMT-Ghaziabad; even the wait list!!! Even in the interview I told them I am only interested in IMT Ghaziabad, if I am getting any other campus I won't be interested in joining even if I am not making through any of my calls.

Hi Nimesh and Pranav, I know you have answered the question before but still this seems confusing, seriously.

Don't know whether that interviewer really meant when he said that only 40% wieghtage is given to CAT score. If THAT is really the case, I guess I am just too qualified for IMT-G. It says to chk on Apr 28. If its a waitlist for IMT-G, then do move it by 1 since I wont join.....coz am going to XLRI!

All the best to ppl who wud be joining IMT. The only thing I wud like to advice is that know wat u r doing MBA for, and have a type of job/career in mind. This will help u be focussed. Else u might risk cursing the jobs u get after MBA, when u discover that it's not something u wanted/liked/have inclination for.

V r not waitlisted for multiple campuses. They haven mentioned for which campus v r waitlisted . So logically it'a common waitlist. Also Result awaited soes not mean only waitlist. U could be selected for any campus

Regarding tie ups of IMT with banks, I wanna know how its helpful? Will they give at a fraction of interest lesser than the other banks? Basically,How will it differ if I take a loan outside or from these banks? Coz 180000 is also a huge amount:-(

Can we have some official information from the admissions office as to when and on what basis will they decide the specialization?

Cause its justified if it will be done after one year on the basis of performance but if it will be done soon after admissions on a random basis then why we are not being given the specializations right away.
