Guys I am in waitlist for IIFT Delhi with a borderline case..its a request to all those people who have got IIFT converted and are about to withdraw their admissions from IIFT, Please do so fast because IIFT is going to close its admissions for delhi on the basis of withdrawls recieved on or before 11th june..so kindly post your withdrawl letters by next week so that they reach admissions office before 11th june and the people in waitlist can be helped..pls help us guys..thanks to all in advance !!

I got a mail on the 17th saying that I am waitlisted NC OBC 55...I didn't get any mail on the 21st...any light on my chances of converting?

Actually the link wer waitlist gets updated is the same as the link wer the results were posted on april 11 ? or some other link ??

And is there anyone in general who got dinged initially , and then made it to IIMB in subsequent lists ?

acc to me u hv a job in ur field of interst + its payin u wel (realy wel :P)...i wud sugest u try fr mba aftr 2-3 yrs nt only in india bt abroad too...dnt think u r getin it 2day n u mite nt aftr 3 yrs..hv faith in ur capabilities!

ps: i'm nt w/l in iim-b so ths is an unbiasd opinion

Im just givin my opinion ....

If you are quite sure that you can get thru IIMs after 2 years you can try after 2 years... Pay doesn matter much .... 2 years professional experience will defly give u an understanding what you want out of doing a MBA programme no doubt about that ... That said, you shud be confident about your chances of leaving this opportunity an trying later ... Decision is yours, see your interests, situation in family and then decide... As far as pay is concerned you need not worry since I guess you already have a great job in hand... Do what you think is best for you and which will make you happy , thats wat matters ...
