Can anyone tell me when is the session going to commence as it has not been mentioned on the website and are the registration date and the session beginning date same?

Its 240 students and other than what institute prepares NO student would obviously sit down and prepare detailed reports/charts etc.! So if you ask me specifically how many went into Marketing, Finance etc. or maybe FMCG, Banking etc. Sorry, no one will be able to tell you!! You'll have to go by what is given in the placement report but take it with a pinch of salt!!

Coming to the actual figure for average, no one knows because some students got their package changed after they joined, or its different from what the organization quoted when they came to campus (considering work exp and all some people's salary changes. I'm one of them!). And after it changes, some are told by HR to keep it confidential!! So then the institute doesn't have updated figures. But then if you're looking for a ballpark figure, yes what is mentioned in the placement report is more or less true give or take around 50k from the average quoted because of the reason I mentioned.

U can check the hostel and stay there if it looks suitable for you. Else you an also take up PG/Flat with others in Katwaria Sarai or nearby areas like Malviya Nagar, Saket etc.

Check out the FB Group to catch up with your peers to find someone to take up a flat/PG if thats what you prefer. You'll also find some seniors there to get your queries addressed.

For your second question - No one knows!! Admissions team has not released any number for that.

For first question, they'll put the message accordingly on the website where you check your result. Also it depends on number of withdrawals at this last moment. If there is too many withdrawals and admissions team feels there is possibility of list movement more than once then they may update every 2-3 days also. But then will have to wait and see for that!!

Yes. Nxt week you'll get final idea. Session commences on 18th June.

But then I doubt if you'll get a different answer as to how much exactly you'll be reimbursed. That you'll know only when you get the amount.

If you withdraw after that, the deduction will be on pro-rated basis based on various factors like number of days post 18th June, number of sessions/classes completed etc.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait! I said what the status was last year (W/L movement of 350). But then this year there are some changes in the admission process so no one can tell for sure. Also bcoz of some reasons the response this year has been very good and very few people have withdrawn till date it seems. So then only option left is to wait till May 28th which is the next said date for list movement (Provisional or W/L depends on how many withdraw). But then since the admission cycle is almost coming to and end and almost all other B-schools have also come out with their results there can be a significant movement. So wait fingers crossed and I would say have your plan B ready!!
