Hi arindham,
Was browsing through Pagalguy, found this forum, first of all i appreciate you taking time out and answering all queries, kudos for that.keep it up.
My background is engineer(2009) from mumbai university, acads are above average, consistently among the toppers. post graduation worked with infosys as a software engg for a year , post which i felt that job was not meant for me and took a drop, as my interest area was with HR(developed it during my stint in infy), thought of working in HR to learn the nuts and bolts of it.
Currently working with a consultancy and my profile is in to T&D;, so it requires me to travel in to rural parts of india and train/mentor/groom the engg/mba grads and make them campus ready. have got lot of passion in teaching, so was googling about fellow program only ,that how i landed on this awesome page.
I want to do fellowship in HRM, my question would be do you think my profile suits the same, have been teaching in engg classes since my final year...Because iam very keen in HR, so had taken TISS & XAT last time , cleared the written , unfortunately couldn't cut through GD/PI..will be taking TISS(a dream of mine) again this year, bus this doctorate program seems so meaningful and tempting...
could you please guide me as in terms of , do my profile suits for HRM without any corporate HR background.
sorry for the long post, hope u didn't dose off

PS: Iam taking CAT also but not with much hope
