RTI s - how are we gonna mobilise ppl here to file RTI
to check with profs and coaching centre big heads and discuss our points.- cos when we question the technicality of the system we need to be careful...

i just read a article - a person filed a PIL in the madras high court some years back and he contested the then ruling party regarding some general issue but he was proved faulty with his petition which was called silly and he was fined 10,000 for wasting the time of the court..


here we are going to file against IIMs though we have support, our draft has to be impeccable covering all points....

id b gng ahmedabad in 2-3 days ..n will pitch in with wteva u need..filing all RTIs and stuff personally...
pil by mr harsha has not recent updates i guess....
wat is the status of writ that was to be filed tom ?trust me.. after 15th ...we got v lil chance....we beter hurry up !!!!!

m another one whose dreams are being shattered by CAT results.With consistently good performance in CAREER LAUNCHER test series i was expecting above 95 percentile but i got only 73.16 percentile which is just due to 15 percentile in DI section.It is even worse than my last years result that is 88.5 percentile with 96 percentile in DI n QUANT.M also ready to file RTI n know the exact method of evaluation as i know that my result in DI section is surely a FLAW but my ques here is how to file RTI n other than RTI what steps should be taken to get justice?

Respected Sir, I write this mail to draw your attention to the grievances of 2.5 lakhs candidates who wrote CAT-2009 examination(for admission to IIMs and other B-Schools) and feel victims of injustice being done to them while neither IIM authorities not present government taking any action to address their concerns. The questions in CAT 2009 were repeated across different slots (even Prof Satish Deodhar from IIM agreed to that in an interview) and hence any questions leaked out during the CAT phase would ensue an unfair result. Also, there was a disclaimer regarding the conduct of CAT exam that in an unlikely event it occurs every effort will be made to correct the problem up to and including the administration of another test. Despite this a hell lot of questions were leaked out and no corrective measure had been taken. The leaked questions are attached with this mail. No one can expect a fair results after this leak. A similar kind of leak happened in CAT2003, but then you were leading the HRD Ministry and were prompt to react, and scraped the test. But this time we have no idea what is holding the government back to do the right thing.
