Ya.every year IIm calls are mentioned on the corecard itself.Last year due to all the fiasco IIMs decided to release the results and then declare the calls. I think this time round they will declare it in scorecard

Going by past years trend and the leaked results (if they are authentic), the IIM calls will not be mentioned on the Scorecard. However the reason for late release of results this year is believed to be because the IIMs will release their shortlists also by tomorrow. It will be on a separate page like it was last year, but is expected to be out tomorrow itself, unlike last year when it took a few weeks or days depending on each IIM.

Hang in there :), results dont come in the middle of the night, for either of them , CAT result came after 10am last year and snap result came in early morning, you also get mail for the snap scorecard mate

Last year cat results was a big fiasco....But year before that it came out in the midnight. Snap results will be declared as per the time mentioned on website of snap.

Critical Reasoning - Use any good book in my opinion. This section is more important for XAT than CAT. For CAT, I would suggest you to stress more on RC than CR. (This does not mean that ignore CR)

the max questions from CR were 5 that too in some slots.

RC has 9 questions for sure in every slot.

Sentence Correction - CL BOOK on sentence correction IS THE BEST IMHO !! Period !!

That 's not d case.....not all IIM's focus so much on ur previous acads......
U can come out wid a valid excuse for ur marks..as ur 10th and college marks r good enough....u definitely have a chance at the IIMs

Last year d results were delayed due to some ppl facing difficulties during d test were allowed a retake which was in d last week of Jan.....Tht's why d whole process got delayed...this year it might b early.......:drinking:

IIMA started its GDPI process in the 2nd week of march.... i think the first day was 13th march. their GDPI continued till april 1st week. IIMC had its GDPI from 21st march ... i think that was a 5-6 ddays process . IIMK started from 22nd march. IIMS from 25th april. IIM I from 5th april. IIMB from 18th march. IIML from 23rd march . IIM Ranchi was in 2nd weekof MAY.IIM Rohtak was alo in may IIM Raipur was as late as 2nd week of september

Dude they are just predictors... Cat is not about predicting with normalisation process. You never know what will happen on 12th jan ...So better wait till that and focus on other exams.

Hi Folks,
I needed some light on fee structure followed by any IIM and the sources to fund it . AFAIK the fee costs around 12-15L , if it is true then how any commoner will shell them out,would it be possible only by a bank loan or would any scholarships provided by IIMs suffice?

I don't think there is anything to worry about varying difficulty levels because of two cases:

1) Prometric has statistical methods to provide a level playing field to every one.

or the other case->

2) They have no idea what they are doing, and we can do nothing but live with it.

The IIM's have so far not come out in open abt d so called NORMALISATION....but definitely there will be some kind of scaling....otherwise many will be screwed......:banghead:
We guys have no choice but to wait for some further notification from IIMs/prometric.............:shock:
