i called up and asked they said that the letter would reach within coming week and the last date for paying the fee is 31 st may.
It was said so at that point of time..No updates as of now..

You have to post them a written and signed application requesting cancellation of admission along with the original fee receipt..The fee refund process will take a minimum of 21 days..
