Hi there,
If some-one is waitlisted, pl get in touch with the admin to get your waitlist no.
One cannot for sure say who all in waitlist can get through.
Probably there is chance for those under 10. A lot depends on the movement in a particular category too(just a guess, not sure abt the waitlist process).

Keep your fingures crossed, else just give a damn :). Be positive, there is more to achieve!!!

i wouldnt generalize it but it also varies from batch to batch..in my case i was WL 9 in the general category n i made it...so i ld rather keep it at the top 10 in the WL who would ve a fair chance...

After the list is out an official letter is send 2 u.
this contains information regarding the token amount to be made 2 confirm ur seat.
(in our case it was 50K within 10/15 days)

a few days later u wud recv a letter from some bank( in our case Indian Bank) regarding educational loan and all d documents u need 2 carry at d time of admission for d same.

college usually starts in july 1st week( in our case 2nd july n u r called a day earlier for admission n bank loan)

guys..tentative joining dates should be around 3rd week of June ( for IMT-N its 23rd June..!!)

For the exact info, we have to wait for our admission letters....as for loans, I am sure BIM has some tie-up with banks....for the 1st installment, I guess we can manage without loans..!!

Last year, it was on 2nd week of july. (correct me if i am wrong)
so we can expect the same this year also.

One sincere advice to PUys In waiting list.Guys pl note that If your waitinglist is a good no pl keep the first installment ready.the reason beig last year one of OUR friend was just given three days time in the end may to pay the fee.

He never thought he will convert it but in the end could NOT manage the amount ..

So "HOPE FOR THE BEST ,BE PREPARED FINANCIALLY"

ATB Guys .guys in 2008-2010 Pm your mail IDs we will form a committe soon.

Provisionally means u need to pay fee before particular date failing which ur candidature stands cancelled and seat will be alotted to person in waiting list. IMI too used the word provisionally. It gave around 240 calls for 120 seats meaning people need to hurry up and pay fee. Bim may or may not do that. Wait till offer letter comes to you. Speculation will lead to confusion. But as of now provisional admit does not mean waiting list.

I converted but wont be joining since am headed to IMT-G (PGDM Finance). Waitlist people need not panic. Am sure there will be lot movement. Count me in as one drop out. All the best bim aspirants.
