The shortlisting criteria mentioned are the minimum requirement.. But cutoff can be much higher then the shortlisting criteria. Which might be the case u were not able to get the call.

Hi,
WAT is essentially essay writing. You are asked to write a page on a given topic before the gd happens. The topic maybe same as the one to be used in gd or a different topic altogether. College basically check coherence of you ideas.
To prepare for it I would recommend you to practice by writing essays on all type of topics while trying to do it in a limited time frame i.e 10-15 min and also check on your grammar. Grammatical mistakes are rarely tolerated in IIMs selection process.

Hi, you have rightly pointed out that IIML and IIM Kashipur have same criteria, but from my experience I can tell you that each colg has a final cut off of total marks above which students are selected, so that may be the case.

we r getting in touch with admin.....shortly we will let u know the details about the gd/pi process........weightage has been assigned to graduation marks in the shortlisting criteria of IIM Kashipur....according to that ur final marks for selection in IIM Kashipur will get affected...apart from that its more about how u perform in gd/pi.....low graduation marks wont play a big factor in pi.......
