There is no uniform as such. And no need to wear formal for all working days. The casual attire but decent one is okay. You have to be in formal for guest lectures and some special occasions like events etc.

figures quoted by either me or ruturaj on this thread are to be considered as a true official figures, before quoting anything we crosschecks it with the institute
so what ruturaj has said (about 60% being placed above avg) is true and is the official figure provided by the institute.

median is the package that the person who is on 30th place among 60 gets
it clears the picture better

As I've already mentioned the average salary is 5.5 L and min is lil below 4 L. The Landmark has offered the highest international package and Capgemini has offered highest domestic package. They have offered the profile of Retail Manager and Consultant respectively.
