The site has a bug. If you enter your SR as sr12345678, it will display that you have not been shortlisted irrespective of the fact whether you have been shortlisted for PI or not. You need to try with SR12345678 (SR should be in capital). Maybe you've also been hit by this issue. Please recheck.

Some quick points:

1) Refer to the admission process document. It clearly mention the exact selection process for the batch 2011-2013

2) Your essay writing and interviews will be very critical, especially for people who are lacking in one of the parameters (CAT, X, XII, Undergraduate etc..).. So for the time being, concentrate on your preparations for interviews.

3. Is distance education is considered?

4. If they wont give points because I didn't submit or it is a distance education, Will it be of any Good or advantage?

What's the logic behind deciding the GDPI date?

For GEN, Total # of GDPI calls given and # seats?

no offence to you buddy...but can IIMs see this....dey say that engineering students get good aggregate % so give non-engineers an extra weightage. or bonus marks. or dey equate 85%of engineering to 65% in other fields...

and can u see how scoring is stats...n tell me a guy scoring 91% in engineering...m not toking about GPA. m toking about %gae.....

in my univ. univ topper gets a little less than 80%...n in some univ(like pune) the topper gets 70......

and there is no normalization done by IIMs in regard to this.

I understand that science subjects are generally very high scoring. But still, my aggregate is good regardless of the steam I'm in. I'm sorry if you feel you are being treated unfairly by the IIMS, but quite frankly, theres nothing I or you can do about it.
