Got the mail. It says June 29th. No mention of preparatory classes. Also, the mail mentions that the hardcopy has been dispatched through courier/speed post.

Bhai yeh mail-vail ka kya chakkar hai! Mereko koi mail nahi mila and I think that is the case with most of the junta!
Aur yeh 29th June kya preparatory classes shuru hone ke date hai ya phir the main classes?
Agar yeh main classes shuru hone ke date hai to kya preparatory classes are scheduled 2 weeks before i.e. from 15th ? Agar aisa hai to main kya karu? Resign marke ghar bhi jane ka time nahi milega?

i need some desperate help. i got calls from IIMK & I.
i'm currently working & need to give a one month prior notice to my company that i'll be resigning. i need to know the joining date for both IIMK & I. even tentative dates will do. i'll be really thankful.

First year will be very hectic my friend and you will loaded with ASSignments, submissions, presentations, quizes etc. But sometimes, you might be lucky and may get some free time. It all will depend on your time management skills and what's high on your priority list.

A couple of crates and pink floyd will do the trick. ;)

baan - if that post was regarding the drive from hyd to indore. you are more than welcome. The more the merrier. :)

Ps: Guys stop worrying about laptops..all those things wil take care of themselves. Now is the time to start planning on how best to waste the next couple of years.

Also , If I buy my own laptop now, will it be a problem - as I had already selected a COMPAQ model?

Apple has some special education deals up on their site. I think the bulk deal will be better than that. Can we request our config/model? Or is it preset?

-Last year, Apple was available in the bulk deal of laptops but I am not sure about this year. Nitin (ITCOM Secy) will let you know about this in due course of time. And he has posted about this issue in this thread.

- Is a deal being stuck with Apple for laptops?
