I have been trying out something since the last few days, and I wanted to share it with you folks.

A few days back, I decided I would be more polite in how I interact with the auto rick guy, the guy who sells me cigarettes, the liftman, the waiter at the restaurant - whoever i interact with in my day to day life.

since the last one week, i have been making it a point to smile, and say a thank you to almost everyone i transact with. sounds corny, but i really am feeling kinda nice about it.

some of us already do it, but a lot of us dont. next time u buy a ticket for the movies from the counter, or get urself a soda - just smile and say a thank you. if you dont feel better by saying it, i stand corrected, and u are welcome to send me an angry PM.

I know many of you wont believe, But I do say "Thank You" each time I purchase something.

On a serious note : TY comes naturally, and with feelin, when ppl help ya, but sometimes, in a mech fashion. Me thinks even the mech fashion helps a wee bit.

Yeah i do it sometimes too , though not always. Usually when i buy something. Or sometimes when i have some work in my college library or office and those guys help me out. I know its their job but i jus wanna say thanks !! and it does make me feel nice! I believe it works.. jus a small thanku makes u feel good n makes the othr person feel nice too
