Wow..
Got it finally after doing it for 1 hour at a stretch...

1-D,2-A,3-D,4-B,5-E
6-D,7-D,8-E,9-D,10-A
11-B,12-A,13-D,14-B,15-A
16-D,17-B,18-A,19-B,20-E

... Started with Vowels and consonants and got 12th one and then 15th one... then it was solvable from then ...
