Answer for this question,according to me is :the boy is wearing overcoat and having umberealla with him.
The boy over 16 can wear overcoat but no boy over 15 can wear cap.So one cannot wear overcoat and cap at the same time.
A boy with umberella or above 16 or both cannot wear sweater.In order to watch football wearing sweater is forbidden by the condition.
When a boy is wearing cap to carry umberella at the same time sounds absurd.So the boy above 16 wearing overcoat and having umberella with him is watching football.
Please tell me if my answer is correct or not.Please help.
