3+ 1/roo2 + 5/root2 = 3+3root2

here is my approach........There can be 5*5*5*5*5 cases out of which only 3000 cases are considered.....so the neglected cases are 5^6-3000=125
Let a student marks x correct answers and 5-x wrong answers......Then the total marks obtained = x-0.25(5-x)=0.75x-1.25 >0 => x>1.6666

The number of correct ansers written by him for a +ve result >=2
There are 4 cases...some students marks 2R 3W ,3R 2W,4R 1W ,5R 0W..
Total number = 5C2*4^3 + 5C3*4^2 + 5C4*4+1=821..........

But we need to find the least number = 821-125= 696 Answer
