CAT2004 forms needed HELP

Hi all

I was unable to purchase the CAT 2005 forms and now they are not available anywhere(even at the IIMs). I would be greatly indebted to you if you could let me know of someone who has a form but is not going to take up CAT this year since am willing to purchase the forms from him/her. It would be a great loss if I am not able to take up CAT this time. Please help me since the last date of submitting the filled up forms is September 10.

Just try calling nearest IIM and ask if it can be made available to you.
Also try contacting IMS, CL etc.
