M.tech+cat Prep. For 2005 Or Job+cat Prep. For 2005

HI Friends i am a mechanical engineer passes out in 2003.now i have a opportunity to do get admission in mtech this year.so i ahve planned to prepare for cat 2005 simultaneously.or another option is that find a job and prepare simultaneously.
tell me what is better or any other options in your mind

Get a job ... then try MBA. IF u want to crack CAT (only IIMs in Mind) u will have to work real hard ... real hard. Work Ex matters in IIM XLRI FMS and other top B-Schools. College is a lot fun, if u are sure of MBA ... U should have a passion for it . It is very diff. from M.Tech.

Work for 1 year ... prepare hard ... then u can Crack " C A T "
