Certis...?

Hi guys, this is my first time posting on this forum; I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post or not (!), but couldn't find any other appropriate sections on the site.
Anyway, I'm Indian, currently studying abroad, and I want to do an MBA in India. As I was reading through the different posts, I found out that you need to present proof of participation in extracurricular activities during interviews and so on....what kind of certis are these?? do you need them to be stamped by the appropriate office/seal of the organization etc??? Does this apply to part-time employment as well??? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks a ton.

Yes, some panels may ask you the proof of your extra curricular for which you should have a certificate or any other official document which depicts that you have achieved the same else people may fake whatever they want in there resume.

Yes, this applies to part time employment as well.
