Wheel is turning round and round basically reiterates the general principle that what goes up must come down. In a broad sence it means that those who are on the top can not remain assured that they will remain on top. the people below are striving hard and it is just a matter of time when their turn will come. there are many examples present in our world which substantiate this notion. if we take the example of Australia in cricket. They are at the top for quite a long time but now they are also showing signs of fatigue and the day is not far when they will be nocked out from the top slot. this is happening to not only australia but it has happened to West INdies also.
if we take the example of United Kingdom, there was a time when nobody could ever have thought that any other country could be more powerful than UK. But the wheel turned and UK was overpowerd by USA.
But again, the wheel has not stopped! people of countries like India and China should take heart from this. The wheel is still turning and we are not coming down, so the future is bright.
