So how do i resolve the issue. I desperately want to use <I'llBack> id again.

Dear Anish,
I checked the mail at info at pagalguy and we have not received any mail from you. Also, apologies for missing this post. You can mail us again with your id and date of birth as registered with us for confirmation purposes.
Also, I am sending a PM on WHAT IS CAT id as hint so that it may help you remember your email id which you used to register with us for the I'llBack. If it does not help, then email us at info at pagalguy dot com and we will resolve it.
Cheers,
Rohit | | | | | | | |

Hi...
Seems the groan functionality is not working these days. Id Est, you click groan, and the two buttons disappear, but groan count does not increase. Then, on refreshing the page, its back to the two buttons being shown.
Is it a conscious process or a glitch? Please check.

Not sure if what I am asking for is feasible but then there is no harm in letting you guys know the issue i faced ..
Although I am currently posting with my user id live2die i was active while using another id Contender.. I lost that ID when the site was reset and all of us were asked to update our passwords by clicking on the link provided in the mail that was sent to the email address we had registered with .. now in my case i had left the company i was associated with just then but i did remember my password .. but the inaccessibility to my old mail id made it impossible for me to retrieve my old id and use it leading to the use of the current id ..
Now this is something that I had discussed over mail with Alwin and others as well but I thought of mentioning it here as well so that incase time permits you could have a look at this issue and think of a feasible solution, if there exists one am sure u guys will find it.
Thanks anyways.

Thanks & Groans have been fixed. We've also removed the 'coloring' issue which used to happen when mods or admins thanked/groaned | | | | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to pagalguy For This Useful Post: | | | | | |

Allwin thanks that u fixed the thanks (I hope the browser doesn't refresh when I try to thank a post)
Another problem which I have been facing for months now is that when I click on an icon which is supposed to take me to the last post of the thread, it invariably takes me to the first page of the thread most of the times. That icon was quite handy but with this glitch creeping in it makes life tough when i have to click a few more times to get to the last post of the thread.
Thanks,
Nishant
PS: Lol. I'm able to groan now but it refreshes the whole damn page. Quite annoying.

It doesn't work for me, and some others I know of, for whom the setting is 'Newest Post First' rather than the default 'Oldest Post First'...
Another aspect is when the default posts-per-page are not default. The default as of now is 10 posts/page, whereas my setting is the max 40 posts/page. This kicks the direct-link-to-post out of gear.
If any of these, and other view-related settings, are not the default settings, guess most shortcut links don't really work. Check it out for your specific issues. I have already known which things work and which don't and have my own workaraounds for the same.
