Seeing all posts in a thread

Isn't there any way to see all posts in a thread.....
There are threads having 500-2000 replies and the printer friendly version only shows 40 at a go......
It difficult for a like me to extract all the probs and solutions from it......

Firstly....sorry about not putting it int he suggestion box....

.. but the page might take ages to open...

I'm not saying that this needs to happen for every page..I mean to say that it whould be nice if there is an option available to do so for the thread of ur choice
