Also depends on lotta things
1. ur profile. If ur a software engg. with 20K + salary then its NO.
2. Your interest - u badly need to switch ur field then YES. If u just want to do mba to add to ur value (assuming that u have a decent job) then NO.
3. If ur fresher, then no harm in giving one more try (I mean wait for 1 more year).
4. Caliber - If u think getting into top 10 is not ur cup of tea then YES.
5. Aspiration - If ur ready to fight ur way, I mean not a great start then YES. (u might get a good job from there, but buddy its just a matter of probablity)
6. Options in ur hand - If u have better college then NO. Better college than GIM(again its my opinion, no ranking) IIMs, xlri, nitie, jbims, nmisms, fms, spj, mdi, iift, symbi and ..(plz check it out)
So moral of the story, it depends on ur profile and ur aspiration.
