Hi sumitrocks i got call from XLRI for PMIR programme.I just wanted to know whether they ask questions based on essay because i have totally screwed it.One more thing i don't know anything about HR so can you suggest how should i go about preparing for the GD and PI?

added to cross 10 characters.. could have done so without adding the description, but then you would not have known and there would have been no point in going thru an excruciating "The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters" message. I think I better stop or else, I might get a "you have reached the maximum word limit message.
