Hi Subodh,
I have a job with IBM Global Services as regular software engg and Evalueserve as business analyst in Business research. i have following options:
1) join IBM and work for 1-2 yrs then pursue Ms from USA.
2) Work for EVS for 1-2 yrs then pursue Ms in finance or consulting from USA.

What I have heard is that its easy for indian to get a coding job in usa than entering into Investment Banking or consultancy companies etc. coz mba companies prefer Us citizens or green card holders. Also i've heard its easier for software professional to get H1B visa.
Can you throw some light on which option should i go ahead with keeping in mind future job prospects in usa coz i want to work there for 3-4 yrs to pay off the loan.

I am selected for Sr. Business Analyst in Evalueserve in Investment Research - III department.

Presently im working as equity research analyst in Indian equity market (Institutional desk).

I m lil confused whether i should go for this opportunity or not. I dont know the work culture there in EVS but just want to know is it worth to leave Indian equities(my present company) for EVS ? is stress very much these i EVS?
