I read that some iits have a eligibility criteria of first class in Bachelors degree. I have a BE 73% from Anna univ but a second class due to an arrear. I belong to sc category. Does this criteria apply to the reserved category as well. IIT kanpur, roorkee and delhi have not mentioned this as a eligibility criteria. I called IIT madras but they said i can apply. but I'm not sure... can u please clarify?
