Hi Shruti,

I had 1 case study based on HR... topic was how to identify talents in ur company and prepare them to bcom managers.
Next, 2 essays: recession n its effects & 3 major accomplishments of urs n reason for them.
Then 2 rounds of interviews: first one by the dean n one faculty... they asked normal ques like why MBA, why HR, why S P Jain... list 4 func of a HR Dept in a firm...
2nd round was by the President of S P Jain... it was an informal round pertaining to ur personal details... nothing serious...

I am not taking admission this time due to some personal reasons.

I have a evaluation call for 20-sept. I have also applied for GHRM. Although my work exp is of IT.Could you walk me through your evaluation process and also include your essay, business case study and gd topics.
