Sorry i posted PM as visitors message...i m new to PG

Hi
can you tell me what is RGTS and how can we pay thru it?
The letter which i received doesnt mention anything abt RGTS...it asks us to send a DD only.

I just called them up...they say we can ONLY pay thru DD.
