Hi, did you get the OBC non-creamy layer certificate with 4.5L PA limit?
Authorities at my place are saying that they have not received any such new order. (Authorities are asking for the Government Resolution Number or the Memorandum for this. Please tell the number if you have)
If you are able to get the certificate, please tell what is the procedure? Or where to approach regarding this?

Dude, this is for a friend. He belongs to the OBC category. His family income is within the permissible 4.5L PA limit. He wanted to know how he should go about applying for the non-creamy layer certificate.
