hi barath....
i am going to join hr course in IMI and i ll be havin 22 n a half month experience by the till i ll join...
i have heard that laterals r being given only to ppl with more then 24 months of work ex....n only few companies give somewhere around 20.....i am really worried on this as i ll miss the laterals then....24 months is a hard fast rule..???please suggest
