LOST My CET Receipt??Help Urgetn

Hello friends i lost my CET Receipt which we get during form purchasing.
It is required to be submitted with other docs.

Tell me what should i do??

dont worry man
i too had lost it
carry ur form along with ur documents which r mention there
the form which u have used to scan ur photo
ur id and password is also mention there
so dont worry
in my case i mentioned them that i had lot postal recipt
they ask u have the form and check that
no complication after that
