HI lovrajiv01,

As per last years data ...

Home Other
JB 16 3
SYD 8 2
SYD (PG) 10 Seats only on state level i.e. on basis of state rank
KJ 0 0
WEL : 11 4

35 9 44

SO it is tough for ur friend to break into top four colleges with categ rank of 60+

Hi bhush,

Gr8t decision buddy.

It's entirly your call. There are many ppl who have left NM for JB and vice a versa.

Now there would be a few mumbai students who would be delighted with ur decision.

Plz take ur decision before filling the forms ... as you might block a seat which may go to a less deserving candidate ( i mean say rank 42 and 43 might confirm there seat in syd and rank 44 might get in 2nd round ...and i mean no offence when i say "less deserving" as a rank or 2 down does not mean that the person has not worked hard)

So plz plz plz do not change your decision ...

All the best

Hi there..

Well, whether the decision is good or bad is something that no one else but you can judge for yourself. But since you do have a great rank, it is indeed surprising to note that Bajaj isn't your choice. But at the end of the day, it is your career and your call. I hope you have spoken to many (& the right) people and have gathered enough information before taking your decision.

Cheers..

Its really astonishin that someone who is getting JB is reluctant to take it!!

Please rethink abt ur decision and consult to some of ur seniors before finalising...As JB ROI and brand is unmatchable !!

@bhush

hi dude..

well as far as bajaj is concerned its one of the oldest b-schools..and totally dependent on its visiting faculty...while NMIMS is one the great upcoming b-schools with gr8 infra and faculty...and yes i know many ppl who have taken NM or MDI over JB..and moreover its entirely ur decision....so u must not repent it later whether u have taken JB or NM..and after 2 yrs u never know wher NM would be as the pace with which it is improving its reputation its just amazing...

so dude ..all the best..and dont think too much abt it...
