Inviting MBA passouts and those who've freshly entered the workforce or have been in group situations in thier companies and learnt the tricks of the trade of group dynmaics the hard way to come forth and give us mba-entrants descriptions of various group settings theyve been in ...and in particular highlight the different kinds of problems that were involved (with people/tasks/environment) in brinign tasks to completion ...

i feel if u approach the topic from different angles and many perpsectives, ud be doing us mba aspirants (who've just gotten admission) a big favor ...

this thread is inspired by a thread in the same forum on "free riders" but thats just one part of the problem pie..im sure other kinds of problems exist in group settings as well and highlighting those would be much appreciated !

hmm me actually a fre reider or as they say a NPA for my group .. best part is when u give extmpore for the group presentaions .. ofcourse nevr caused the group to miss any grades ...
