Hi guys
With the admission results just a few weeks away , I had a general question on the best process one can take to leave their company. Most of us here are with substantial work experience (approx 3.5). Since we will have only one and half months from the time we know the application status and most companies require 3 months of notice. What is the best approach to this problem.
Is quitting the company without experience letter a good option .

Seniors, can you please add your 2 cents also.

If this not the right thread to address this, then we can move this doubt somewhere else.

Thanks

Hi there,

Nope my friend this query is meant fr this thread........and let me assure u that same kind of issue is what we faced at our time. In my case i was able to give notice of only 19 days however i still got my experience letter. Now most of my batchmates also went through the same problem and my 2 cents over the issue is that company may deduct the salary fr not serving notice period but normally they dont tend to withhold experience letter. I am reasonably certain tht experience letter shall nt be a problem hwever it wld help if u try 2 get the idea abt the same from the respective department in ur company.

Regards

It was a grand event in a true Great Lakes style and again the chief guest was someone for whom the top management institutes of world would line up.

I am talking abt none other than the biggest living management thinker of our times Prof C.K Prahlad who was here at the launch of "T.S. Srinivasan Chair Professorship of Entrepreneurship" instituted by TVS Capital Funds Limited at Great Lakes Institute of Management.

It was a selected gathering which was attended by all corporate honchos and Great Lakes faculties. It once more demonstrated recognition of GL among ppl who matter. I was among the select few students who made to the event and it was simply amazing to meet the man in person whose theories about core competency and fortune at bottom of pyramid forms the premise of any MBA course across the world.

Shall keep u puys posted on news frm campus

Cheers
